dc.description | An anatomical model of the lower torso region consisting of the lumbar vertebrae, sacrum, pelvis. The bony part of the model appears to be made of hard plastic and is beige in color. There are two rubbery structures of the kidney with the renal artery and renal vein attached. This kidney structures attach to the vertebrae via velcro. The kidneys are burgundy in color, the renal artery is red, and the renal vein is blue. The renal artery has pink bloodvessels branching from it. A yellow adrenal gland is on top of the kidney. Brown rope or twine is wrapped around the top, middle, and bottom of the vertebrae. It is also wrapped around the front of the pelvis.
