Our presenter, Susan O'Keefe, serves as an adjunct professor in the AU Department of Communication. She also instructs various fitness classes throughout the CSRA. In addition to a degree in Communication/Health and Wellness from the University of Louisville, she holds several certifications in group exercise, nutrition training, and wellness. Eat Better.
