This policy also applies to anyone on campus who may receive address, name or bank information change requests from such parties. This Identity Theft Program (The Program) was developed under the oversight of Finance Administration based upon consideration of the nature and scope of the University’s activities. On the recommendation of the Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration, this program has been duly approved by the President’s Cabinet.
