      The oldest book in the Greenblatt Library's rare book collection is Gerald of Cremona's 1608 Latin translation of Avicenna's Canon of Medicine. Reese Library's Special Collections & Institutional Archives will be highlighting the multi-volume set of William Coxe's Travels into Poland, Russia, Sweden, and Denmark: illustrated with charts and engravings in honor of this month's focus on rare books from the Heritage Unit.

      Greenblatt Library: The Historical Collections and Archives (HCA) has several atlases from the 18th and 19th centuries in our rare book collection, including Paolo Mascagni's Vasorum Lymphaticorum Corporis Humani Historia et Echnographia, which was published in 1787. Reese Library, Edmund Dulac's Picture Book, published on behalf of the French Red Cross in 1916.

      Reese Library: Ethel Turner Seago Welles photographs, dating to the 1890s-1920s, which features a number of portrait photographs and family photographs from local Augusta families. Greenblatt Library:Newton Building and the Old University Hospital.

      Greenblatt Library: The Cadaver, a student-produced newspaper, was published in May of 1946. Reese Library: The Augusta Symphony Orchestra season programs, which date back to 1961.
