Abstract:
It is the policy of Georgia Health Sciences University that all lawsuits, ante litem notices or other legal claims against Georgia Health Sciences University or any GHSU employee for an act or omission arising out of their employment at GHSU shall only be acknowledged and accepted by the GHSU Legal Office. All GHSU employees shall be deemed to have authorized the Legal Office to accept service of process on their behalf for claims related to their GHSU employment.
