- 6.02 Damage to Residence Hall or Loss of Personal Property Policy: Georgia Health Sciences Uniiversity is not responsible for any property damaged or destroyed while a student occupies an apartment or room in a Georgia Health Sciences University residence hall facility except in a case where the Georgia Health Sciences University is found negligent. Students living in Georgia Health Sciences University residence halls are not permitted to make any permanent changes to an apartment or room in the residence hall. This includes, but is not limited to, installation of or tampering with ceiling fans, light fixtures, shelves, partitions, lofts, W'indow coverings, wallpaper, painting, plumbing, and heating.
