Policy for Responding To Allegations of Research MisconductVice President for Research Development; Georgia Health Sciences University (2012-10)9.07 Policy for Responding To Allegations of Research Misconduct: The purpose of this policy and procedures is to promote the integrity of research conduct on behalf of the Georgia Health Sciences University (GHSU or Institution) by its faculty, technical staff, residents, fellows, students, trainees, and individuals employed on a contractual basis by providing a process for close scrutiny of alleged research misconduct, for full protection of the rights of any person accused of research misconduct, and for the protection of any person who makes allegations under this policy in good faith. This policy is intended to carry out the Institution's responsibilities under the Public Health Service (PHS) Policies on Research Misconduct, 42 CFR Part 93.
